Policies:

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 

•I require at least 48 hours in advance notice for any cancellation or appointment changes. Anything less I will require 50% of full service charge.

•No call, no show will be charged 100% full price of service.

•I have the right to refuse service to anyone.

•After our appointment, I offer a one week (7 day) grace period to address any concerns/challenges/complaints you may have with your hair service. Because of this policy, I do not offer refunds.
